Team Member Roles and Permissions
An Issuer account can have an unlimited number of Team Members. Each Team Member is assigned one of four roles, which determines the permissions they have to view or edit certain features on the platform:
- Owner: This is the default role assigned to the person who creates the Issuer account. This is the highest permission set, with access to all available permissions, plus the ability to transfer account ownership.
- Admin: This role has equivalent permissions as an Owner, but cannot transfer account ownership to another Team Member.
- Builder: This is a role that can create and configure the details of Companies, Assets and Offerings and Orders, but cannot see sensitive data (i.e. investor payment details) and cannot launch an offering or manage Team Members.
- Viewer: This is a read-only role that has the same access to view the same features as a Builder, but cannot make any edits or changes.
Note: Team Roles are configured at the Marketplace level. Issuers operating Multiple Marketplaces will need to invite Team Members to each Marketplace. A user within a Marketplace will retain their permission set across all Companies.
