How to Edit an Offering

Notes on Editing an Offering

As the Issuer, you have the ability to edit a live Offering at any time. You can use this feature to edit almost anything about your offering, from minute details such as the name or end date, to fundamental traits such as the token price or minimum investment requirement. 

The only Offering detail that cannot be changed is the currency. The currency that the Asset and Offering are priced in is set by the currency of the overall Marketplace.

Note: When you edit an Offering, previously submitted and completed orders are not affected. If you edit an Offering to change eligibility criteria, you will need to consider previously-eligible investors who had already made purchases but do not meet your updated criteria.

How to Edit an Offering

  1. Login to your issuer account and enter your Marketplace.
  2. From the Marketplace dashboard, click Offerings .
  3. Click on the Offering card of the Offering you wish to edit to enter the Offering details page.
  4. Select the tab containing the information you wish to edit, then click Edit .
  5. Enter the updated information, then click Save Changes
