What is the Investor CRM?
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool helps Issuers identify and connect with Investors in their Marketplace. The Investor CRM is a tool which stores key information about all Investors in a Marketplace, including their personal info, contact details, KYC and accreditation status, and a record of any documents they have signed as part of their investment in your Assets.
As the issuer, you can access your Investor CRM on the Marketplace dashboard by clicking the Investor CRM
button on the left-side menu.
Information Shown in the Investor CRM
The Investor CRM dashboard shows the following information:
- Onboarded investors card: This section shows you the total number of investors who have registered for an investor account in your Marketplace.
- Investor table: The table below shows you the personal information about each investor in your Marketplace.
The Investor table gives the following information about each investor:
- Investor name and email address

- KYC / KYB Status: Shows the status of an Investor's KYC (for individuals) or KYB (for institutions) verification. All investors must be verified via KYC / KYB before making an investment.
- Accreditation Status: If Accreditation is enabled in the Marketplace, an optional Accreditation field will display the status of an investor's accreditation submission.
