Viewing an Offering's Order History

This article explains how an Issuer can view all orders placed on an Offering. It explains the two distinct methods for finding the order history, namely using the Marketplace's Orders tab or an Offering's order history.

How to View a Marketplace's Order History

Follow the steps below to find the entire order history for all assets across your Marketplace:

  1. Login to your Issuer account and enter your Marketplace 
  2. From the Marketplace dashboard, click Orders on the left-side menu.
  3. You will see all orders placed in your Marketplace in chronological order, across all Assets and Offerings. Each line provides the following data:
    1. Order ID
    2. Date
    3. Investor 
    4. Payment method
    5. Share Class (Asset)
    6. Quantity
    7. Order Value 
  4. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of any order to see more specific order details on that order, such as:
    1. payment details
    2. order acceptance history
    3. A copy of any documents signed by that investor before placing the order.

How to View an Offering's Order History

Follow the steps below to find the order history for a specific offering:

  1. Login to your Issuer account and enter your Marketplace 
  2. From the Marketplace dashboard, click Offerings, then click the Offering card of the Offering you wish to see.
  3. At the bottom of the page, you will see an Orders tab which contains all orders placed for that Offering in chronological order. Each line provides the following data:
    1. Order ID
    2. Date
    3. Investor 
    4. Payment method
    5. Share Class (Asset)
    6. Quantity
    7. Order Value 
  4. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of any order to see more specific order details on that order, such as:
    1. payment details
    2. order acceptance history
    3. A copy of any documents signed by that investor before placing the order.
